Inspired by the original "Speedmaster" CK2915-1 launched in 1957, this model features a 38.6mm case made of 18K Canopus™ Gold. The deep black onyx dial showcases a vintage Omega logo and the characteristic oval "O" design of the CK2915 model. The hands and indexes are crafted from 18K white gold with a PVD coating in Canopus™ Gold, and it includes a small seconds, 30-minute counter, and 12-hour counter as subdials, along with a central chronograph function. The bezel features a tachymetric scale filled with black enamel, designed with dots over 90 (DON: dots positioned above the number 90) and a dot angled above 70. Inside the sapphire crystal case back, there is an engraving of a seahorse, commemorating the 65th anniversary of the "Speedmaster," with a blue sapphire set in its eye. Behind the seahorse, the movement, Caliber 321, which has played a significant role in the history of space exploration, is clearly visible. The winding crown is adorned with a Naiad mark, a design also seen on several early CK2915 models. The watch is paired with an 18K Canopus™ Gold bracelet featuring a comfort release system for size adjustment, and it comes in a special 65th-anniversary commemorative box inspired by the shape and design of the box that housed the original "Speedmaster," made from tulip tree wood.
