| As part of the "Five Deeps Expedition" conducted in 2019, the "Ultra Deep" reached the deepest part of the Earth, making history. Following this world record in diving, an innovative watch was added to a unique collection and made available to the general market. This design, tested under actual ocean conditions during development, features water resistance up to 6,000m (20,000 feet) and complies with ISO 6425:2018 for diver's watches. The robust 45.5 mm O-MEGASTEEL model is equipped with a polished orange ceramic bezel and a diving scale made of liquid ceramic coated with Super-LumiNova. Through the domed sapphire crystal glass, the lacquer-finished gradient dial transitions from gray to black, adorned with four orange Arabic numerals, 18K white gold hands, and indices, all coated with white Super-LumiNova. The O-MEGASTEEL bracelet features Omega's patented expandable folding rack and pusher, making it easier to adjust the length and size during diving. Additionally, the grade 5 titanium medallion on the case back is engraved with the central seahorse, symbolizing Omega, along with the sonar emblem. The movement housed is the Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 8912. | |
