| Since its birth in 1983, G-SHOCK has continued to pursue toughness. The GWG-B1000MG “Magma Gold” is a special model that fuses the expression of natural beauty with the flagship MUDMASTER of the historic MASTER OF G series. By combining a downsized compact body with a high-precision metal exterior (metal shield) created through forging and a carbon core guard structure, it achieves excellent durability and wearability. The design incorporates the lightness of carbon fiber reinforced resin and the strength of metal, providing reliability that can withstand extreme environments. The design is inspired by the flowing red-orange of magma and the golden landscape created by solidification. The indexes and hands feature intense red and orange colors of magma, while multiple gold-tone IPs are used for the metal parts, emphasizing the structural beauty with layered variations of gold tones. The band employs a Galar molding technique that mixes different colored resins to create a marble pattern reminiscent of geological cross-sections. Additionally, biomass plastic is used in the case and other parts, balancing strength with consideration for nature. This piece embodies “beautiful toughness” gained from enduring harsh environments. In terms of functionality, it is equipped with radio solar technology and a triple sensor, allowing for the acquisition of directional, barometric altitude, and temperature information. It ensures high visibility and time readability with a high-brightness full-auto double LED light and sapphire glass. Furthermore, by setting any location via the app*, the indicator hand at the 3 o'clock position will always point in that direction, providing a location indicator function that supports user actions even when visibility is obstructed by sandstorms. *In China, location setting via the app is not available. *Biomass plastic is used for the main resin parts of the case, bezel, and band.
