Willy Breitling sensed the changing times and began designing an unconventional chronograph that captured that essence. He called it the "Top Time." That spirited tradition continues today, and Breitling continues to create Top Time designs in partnership with some of the most popular celebrities in the motorsport world. The Ford Thunderbird was first unveiled at the 1954 Detroit Auto Show. Its luxurious design, robust construction, and thrilling tailfins drew attention as a fun-to-drive convertible car with a strong presence. The Top Time B01 Ford Thunderbird features the classic car's colors and emblem, a racing strap in perforated leather, a tachymeter scale for measuring speed, and contrasting, rounded square subdials reminiscent of vintage dashboard gauges.
